Accent Housing Group intends through this process to procure grounds maintenance services to cover five regional Lots to serve business units identified as Accent North East, Accent North West, Accent Yorkshire and Humber, Accent East and Accent South. Details of the geographical areas covered by each of the Lots are provided in the Information accompanying the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The required services fall within the industry standard for grounds maintenance services across the social housing sector. Works within each region will be distributed across housing estates and schemes owned and managed by Accent Housing Group.

The service expectations of Accent Housing Group are set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation and specifically in Document Two.

Document Two includes a set of Key Performance Indicators which Service Providers will be expected to achieve as a minimum.

Accent Housing Group will expect the selected Service Providers to continually improve both service quality and value for money over the duration of the contract.
