A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows:

The accepted contractor shall be required to provide a minimum of half a day per year training/coaching to tenants via a drop in session (arranged by the client)on landscaping/gardening matters.

The accepted contractor shall be required to show a willingness to discuss any opportunities that may exist to employ from Fife Works.
