There will be three lots — the South Group the North Group and the Peak Group.
The South Group sites:
Audley End, Tilbury Fort, Widdington Priors Hall Barn, Berkhamsted Castle, Bushmead Priory, Denny Abbey, Hadleigh Castle, Isleham Priory, Houghton House, Old Gorhambury House, St Albans Roman Wall, Wrest Park.
The North Group:
Baconsthorpe Castle, Castle Acre Castle, Castle Acre Priory, Thetford Priory, Thetford Warren Lodge, Thetford Holy Sepulchre, Grimes Graves, Weeting Castle, Berney Arms Mill, Framlingham Castle, Orford Castle, Landguard Fort, Saxstead Post Mill, St Olaves Priory.
The Peak Group:
Lincoln Bishops Palace, Mattersey Priory, Bolsover Castle, Hardwick Old Hall, Sutton Scarsdale, Wingfield Manor, Peveril Castle.
The contract will be for an initial 3 year period with an option for 2 further extensions both of 2 years duration.
