Lot 1: Cleaning services to office type properties
Lot 2: Cleaning services to sheltered accommodation
Lot 3: Cleaning services to general communal areas
Services will include reactive and planned cleaning, but will not include external window cleaning.

Where a consortium or other grouping of suppliers submits a joint bid, such consortia or grouping must nominate a lead organisation to deal with Aspire in all matters relating to the contract/s. All consortium members or grouping will be required to be jointly and severally liable in respect to the obligations and liabilities relating to the Contract. Where a consortium chooses instead to nominate a contracting party from among their number with the other members acting as sub contractors, this must be made clear in their bid. The contracting party will be entirely responsible for all matters relating to the contract.
