Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is the skills agency for Scotland and employs approximately 1,300 people with offices across Scotland. SDS supports individuals and employers to get the skills they need to succeed and grow.

SDS is looking to commission expert assistance to support the development of a new annual employee engagement survey. The data collected in this survey will be used to identify improvement actions, and to benchmark SDS against other national and international organisations.
