Advertising forms an important part of the Council’s overall marketing activity and is used to promote/deliver statutory and other relevant information about the Council services to the residents of Halton.

As well as offering the most competitive rates, the chosen supplier(s) should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Halton, media specialism, provide comparative media analysis, advise on new media techniques and offer support in research, planning and delivery of advertising campaigns.
