HFRS and the OPPC have requirements for the provision of a range of Catering Services for several operational premises based across the County of Hampshire and would like to offer these services to the market through a joint procurement arrangement. This brings together a larger value of business which should be attractive to the market. The scope of the catering arrangements required is similar at each site requiring staff catering, custody suite catering, coffee shop style facilities, hospitality, refreshments at meetings, conference meals and buffets and snack vending. The proposed approach
will provide a catering contract with a single supplier for the specified services and will be administered through a joint strategic contract management arrangement. Contract duration is 3 years plus up to a further two years based on performance.
