II.1.5)Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for a Framework Agreement for Commercial Waste Collection, Disposal and Recycling Services.
The Framework will commence on 3.4.2017 and will be for a period of four years to March 2021.
The Term of the Call Off Contracts will be for up to a maximum of seven years on a year by year basis subject to satisfactory performance by the Supplier.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 on Thursday 26.1.2017.

The Framework will provide a commercial waste collection disposal and recycling service. The intention is to appoint a single service provider for all waste streams. The potential annual value for waste streams is 5 000 000 GBP per annum. Total possible value of the contract including all extensions over the seven year period is up to 35 000 000 GBP.
