The Authority intends to procure Cleaning and Janitorial Services in 2 separate Lots as follows:

Lot 1- Corporate Buildings:

— this will include routine cleaning (including window cleaning) to public and corporate buildings, park buildings as well as scheduled periodic clean.

— this Lot 1 also includes the provision of all janitorial consumables.

— the management of the provision of hygiene bins, hygiene vending and associated services is incorporated in this Lot 1.

Lot 2 – Schools:

— this will include routine cleaning (including window cleaning) of the schools who will access this contract throughout its term via an SLA with the Authority.

— a periodic deep clean programme will be required as part of the bid submission, to be scheduled as and when required.

Bidders can bid for both lots but will only be awarded 1 lot.
