Healthcare Waste Services

Description

The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive healthcare waste collection and disposal service. This Framework Agreement will be for collection of specified healthcare waste types from the Authority premises such as; health centres, community hospitals, community nursing bases, day centres, walk-in centres, in patient hospices, independent GPs, community pharmacies, inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities and selected NHS dental practices. The collection service will also include a limited number of collections of infectious wastes from patient homes.
