CONTRACT-9ZGD-T3U6A0- Herefordshire Council are inviting Providers of bus, coach, taxi and community transport to apply to join the third framework of operators, who will then be invited to tender for various mini-competitions (which may or may not include e-auctions) over approx. 3 year period. The initial framework was awarded in July 2014. The Framework will be for the provision of all types of passenger transport, including local bus services, education transport and social care transport. It is the council’s intention to establish a portfolio of framework agreements, each lasting until July 2018. The council will periodically establish additional frameworks or Dynamic Purchasing Arrangements which will sit alongside, run in tandem with and concurrently with the initial framework and would capture any additional providers that may have missed the first or second tender exercises and any new providers to the market. If your organisation was successful in accessing either framework 1 or 2 previously (2014 or 2015) then you do not need to apply for this third framework. If your organisation was unsuccessful in accessing the previous 2 frameworks you may re apply for this one.
