2. Mechanical Sweepers (1 250 000 GBP – 5 000 000 GBP);
3. Specialist Agricultural Machinery (1 400 000 GBP – 5 600 000 GBP).
Ansa can not commit to a minimum or maximum no. of vehicles required. Please refer to the ITT documentation for additional information. The above noted ranges are estimated based on existing and potential requirements throughout the Contract Period (inclusive of maximum extension period).

The Contract is for the hire of various types of vehicles. Vehicles are categorised in to three Lots: 1. Vehicles weighing under 3.5 tonnes (2 000 000 GBP – 3 000 000 GBP). 2. Mechanical Sweepers (1 250 000 GBP – 5 000 000 GBP). 3. Specialist Agricultural Equipment (1 400 ,000 GBP – 5 600 000 GBP). The above value ranges are estimated for each specific contract Lot. These ranges are given in good faith. The above value ranges are based on the option to extend for up to an additional 24 months. Any extension will be agreed in 6 month periods. This notice indicates that there will not be a renewal to this procurement. However, similar contracts may be let in the future. Any future procurement will be published and advertised via the appropriate channels. This is not a recurrent Contract. However, similar contracts have been procured previously.

That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
