The Service Provider will:
Be lead provider of HIV community support services as part of an integrated network of providers offering sexual health services across Buckinghamshire
Develop relationships with statutory and voluntary agencies to promote and improve service uptake and to facilitate improved knowledge around HIV and issues affecting people living with HIV through staff training and support;
Liaise with referring professionals and partner agencies to ensure best outcomes for service users;
Support the Commissioner in delivery of its duty (under the Health and Social Care Act 2001 Section 11) to make arrangements to involve and consult with clients and the public in the planning and organisation of services.
The Council is of the opinion that TUPE will apply to this service.
The annual budget for this service is £86,000.
