Home Based Breaks for Carers:
This is a joint project between Adult Social Care, Children and Young People and the 6 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) covering Surrey.
Carers Breaks services aim to improve the emotional, physical and mental well-being of carers in Surrey. Carers must be suitably supported in their Caring, and the purpose of this contract/these contracts is to provide respite and in turn improve the quality of life of carers in Surrey.
