It is Homes’ preference that all prospective bidders utilise the provision of our electronic ‘Opportunities Portal’ to download and submit all documentation within the tender.
This portal can be found at:

Prospective bidders must log onto the site and register as a supplier. Instructions and help is available from the Home page. The PQQ document will then be available to download for completion. The completed document must then be submitted back to the portal, again instructions are detailed on the site to achieve this.
