The Edinburgh area covers properties in Edinburgh and Rosyth in Fife. In Edinburgh there are 3 main areas; Southhouse with approx. 160 properties in 3 stories walk up blocks with private gardens at the front communal areas at the rear and houses with private gardens. There are a number of grassed areas and shrub beds; there are 3 other main areas of blocks of flats with landscaping to be maintained; there is a new build development due for phased completion from December 2012 which has rear common areas in the flats and grassed and shrubbed areas. In Fife there is an estate of approx. 260 houses, with grassed areas and shrub beds.
