There are 12 sites within former onsites portfolio. Sites vary in size and character, and include public open space, land reserved for future development and residual land left over from residential and commercial development. Contract is envisaged to have duration of 2 years with provision for a further 1 year extension under the same terms and conditions. Contract extensions will be based on tendered rates and prices. Anticipated commencement date for the service is 14.10.2019. Typical planned services under the contract comprise of but are not exclusively limited to Site inspections, grass cutting; hedge cutting; ornamental shrub maintenance; weed control; and cleansing. The contract is performance based, monitored via Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

All discussions, meetings, and communications will be conducted in English.
The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award are subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by Homes England and our contract with the supplier.
