The overall aim of the contract is to ensure the building is kept clean to an acceptable level. The School do not expect cleaners to have any breaks in term time as the maximum hours worked in any one shift is 3 hours. The Contract will include a provision whereby the work of staff that are absent shall be covered in full.
Summary of TUPE information, additional information will be provided at the ITT stage
— 1 x Site supervisor;
— 1. x Charge hand;
— 15. x Cleaners;
— 265 hrs p/w of which 15 hrs p/w supervisory 20 hrs p/w Charge hand.

Range: between 500 000 and 600 000 GBP
