The Contracting Authority has a requirement to set up a framework agreement with 3 accommodation providers, for each lot, for personnel attending courses and meetings throughout the authority area.
The accommodation required is on both bed & breakfast (B&B) and dinner, bed & breakfast (DBB) basis.
