Description of these options: The Term is expected to commence late January 2013.
For lot’s 1 to 4, the duration shall be for 60 months/ 5 years, with progression from year to year being subject to a formal annual performance review and the client’s cabinet approval.
For lot 5, the duration shall be 36 months/ 3 years, with progression from year to year being subject to a formal annual performance review and the client’s cabinet approval.
Option to extend:
For lot’s 1 to 3, at the clients option, the Term is extendable by a further 2 years (24 months) and subsequently a further 2 years (24 months), subject to continuing and ongoing satisfactory performance, and the client’s cabinet approval.
For lot’s 1 to 3, the client may consider exercising their option to extend in years 4 and 6.
For lot’s 4 and 5, at the clients option, the Term is extendable annually up to a full term of 108 months, subject to continuing and ongoing satisfactory performance and the client’s cabinet approval.
Progression from year to year will continue to be subject to a formal annual performance review and the client’s cabinet approval.

Interim payments in accordance with the contract terms and conditions as set out in the invitation to tender and supporting documents.

Consortium bidders are likely to be required to form a single legal entity prior to entering into any contracts with Wiltshire Council.

Description of particular conditions: The client is not committed to issuing any orders for maintenance or servicing work and no commitment can or will be given by the Client with regard to the scope, volume, trade requirement, value, duration, category or continuity of work to be undertaken, nor should any bidding contractor seek any implied value of work or work scope in any of the information supplied by the client.
Progression from year to year and the issuing of annual TPC 2005 Orders will be subject to a formal annual performance review and the Council’s internal approvals and will be entirely at the discretion of the Council.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Interested parties will be required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ will be issued to applicants on receipt of a written request to the address specified for further information. The completed PQQ must be received back by the contracting authority (at the address specified for request to participate) by the deadline for requests to participate.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: To be assessed on the basis of the information requested and the evaluation criteria described in the PQQ.
