Procurement of Housing Management System for suppliers of similar software live in the UK social housing sector, initially through a PQQ and an invitation to submit an outline solution proposal. Then competitive dialogue with an invitation to tender for shortlisted suppliers. The procurement includes core housing software but might also include CRM, Mobile solutions ,EDRMS, Contractor Management, Development Management, Component Accounting, Performance Reporting and or Customer Portals.
