Refurbishment of Social Housing, CR1 & CR2, Rogerfield, Easterhouse, Glasgow

Description of the goods or services required

The contract is for the following work to approximately 100 properties in the Rogerfield Neighbourhood of Easterhouse, Glasgow.

– strip out and renew boiler and radiator installation

– strip out and renew boiler

– strip out existing kitchen units and replace

– strip out and replace internal and external flat doors

– Strip out and replace bathroom fittings

– upgrade electrical installation

– strip out and replace internal doors, facing, skirting and entrance

doors, repair floorboards as required

– tiling to bathrooms and kitchens

– associated alteration and repair works

– repair and upgrade common entrance doors and common stair areas

– Roof repairs and soffit/ fascia replacement

The works will also include contractor designed and client approved amalgamations (affecting 8 properties) and layout changes (affecting a further 8 properties).

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Successful completion of the PQQ and Community Benefit Document is a minimum. This must be in the form of a hard copy submission – DIGITAL OR EMAILED SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Additionally, the Association intends only to invite the top scoring 4-6 contractors to complete the full tender process.
