A. The provision of estate management services and landlord’s repairs including maintenance of the grounds, cleaning, equipment servicing, repairs to the main fabric of the buildings, external redecoration and dealing with other general landlord responsibilities such as setting charges and liaising with residents.
B. Dealing with the surrender of leases including agreeing the condition of properties subject to lease surrender, liaising with NSC’s sales and marketing agents and providing new leaseholders with information to assist them to settle in their new homes.
C. The provision of housing related support to leaseholders to include connection to a community alarm centre, support assessments and the direct provision of support services to varying degrees to reflect the needs of residents. These support services must be priced and delivered to meet the requirements of North Somerset’s Supporting People (SP) team, albeit not all leaseholders are eligible for SP funding assistance.
D. The provision of gypsy and traveller site management services and owner’s repairs including maintenance, repair and redecoration of the utility blocks, grounds maintenance, equipment servicing and dealing with other general owner’s responsibilities such as pitch licences. The maintenance and repair of the mobile home on the private rented site is included within this contract.
