Organisations may apply for any number of lots. We will be looking to award contracts to up to 5 (five) providers. The highest scoring organisation for each lot will be offered a contract for that lot. However, any one organisation will only be offered a maximum of 3 (three) lots. Should any organisation be the highest scoring organisation in more than 3 (three) lots the next ranked organisation will be offered a contract. Therefore, you will be asked to state in your application the lots that you are applying for and order of preference.
The contract period will be for 36 months from an estimated start date 1.4.2016. The Council may wish to extend the Contract for two consecutive periods of up to a maximum of 36 (thirty-six) months each (total 108 (one hundred and eight) months) , depending on an assessment of performance against outcomes, standards of service provided continuing need for the service and available funding.
