— deliver support to people with a range of support needs who also require temporary accommodation or who are homeless;
— address the underlying reasons for homelessness of vulnerable and socially excluded people;
— prepare them for a move into independent accommodation;
— reduce the risk of repeat homelessness presentations.
The Procurement Opportunity will be divided into a number of specific Lots. The structure of the Lots will be outlined in the ITT.
