Norfolk County Council is seeking to reprocure accommodation based services in the West Norfolk area for women fleeing domestic abuse. The aim of these services is to provide temporary accommodation for up to 2 years with housing related support for women and any dependent children fleeing domestic abuse. The contract is for 3 years for 2 lots and may be extended by up to 2 additional years for each lot.

This is a procurement for services specified in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as those covered by the Light Touch Regime (LTR). The procurement exercise will be conducted in accordance with the information contained in the Invitation to Tender and associated documents.
The Authority has been constrained by the forms used by the Publications Office to describe the procurement procedure as open. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Council has incorporated a standstill period at the point when information on the proposed award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the Contract is entered into. Aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by any breach of the Councils obligations may take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
