Currently HR services are managed internally across both Authorities for approximately 700 FTE internal staff. We process Payroll for approximately 1 150 employees monthly and approximately 1 800 additional payslips throughout the year on an ad-hoc basis. The payrolls align to 6 different PAYE registrations of which 2 relate to an outsourced payroll solution for an external client.

The opportunity was originally outlined in OJEU Prior Information Notice #2016/S 250-461669 dated 23.12.2016.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
