LMH is seeking to secure a partner to support the replacement and implementation of a fully integrated Payroll and Human Resources system. The successful partner will be required to implement a fully integrated HR and Payroll system. The system will need to cover the range of specified functions, have multi level security access, flexible internal reporting and have the capability to be readily updated in line with legislative requirements.

LMH require HR and Payroll Software with the flexibility of the tenderer to either provide software only and the payroll solution delivered in-house or the software be provided with the provision of a bureau service.
The system must have the ability to provide multiple payrolls as the HR Team reserve the right to extend this provision to other organisations in the future.
The system must be designed to manage HR and Payroll information and processes at reduced cost with improved efficiency and increased flexibility. LMH intends to achieve this by implementing revised business processes across the organisation and within the central support service and improving access for employees and managers through self service options that include:
— HR Management and Administration,
— Organisation and Employee Hierarchy,
— Car Mileage,
— Expenses and P11D,
— Absence Management,
— Recruitment,
— People Development and Learning,
— Time Management,
— Occupational Health and Safety,
— Fully flexible reporting,
— Managers and employees self service.
