The Council is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for external investigator services to allow the Council to buy investigation services from a list of approved providers who meet a certain set of minimum standard and agree to a common set of contractual terms.
Approved providers will then be able to bid for the Council’s contracts to deliver external investigator services. The DPS will remain open for new providers to join at any time for the duration of the DPS (i.e. up to the ‘Contract End Date’ as advertised).

Applicants must be capable of investigating all case types listed below for each discipline:
1. Gross misconduct:
