The Humber LEP, working in partnership with key stakeholders, requires an organisation to manage its service for the provision of the Gold Standard across the Humber sub-region. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year, the maximum value of the contract is £45,000 inclusive of fees and expenses. As part of the service, the successful organisation will be expected to:

 

·         To receive referrals from registered institutions via the Humber LEP

·         Conduct an initial individualised consultation with each institution to assess their support requirements to enable them to achieve the Gold Standard

·         Support institutions to complete a rigorous self-assessment and action plan, included in the Gold Standard specification

·         Provide up to five hours of support per institution, as deemed necessary, within the terms of this quotation

·         Deliver additional support as agreed with the institution and the Humber LEP. An hourly rate to be paid by the Institution to the successful organisation will be agreed in advance and approved by the Humber LEP.

·         Working with designated employer representatives, undertake assessment of institutions against the Gold Standard criteria

·         Recommend and submit for approval accreditation claims to the Humber LEP Employment and Skills Board

·         Provide a feedback report to the Humber LEP and each institution on the outcome of assessments against the Gold Standard criteria

·         Undertake reassessment with institutions which fail to meet the required standard on the first occasion. The successful organisation will receive a fee agreed with the Humber LEP

·         Working with existing CEIAG networks, provide a series of Gold Standard good practice events based on the Gold Standard thematic modules

·         Consolidate good practice established through support and assessment activities, and communicate this on a quarterly basis to the Humber LEP

·         Working with the Humber LEP, contribute to an annual CEIAG event promoting good practice and sharing resources.
