This Notice is a request for expressions of interest for inclusion on a list of applicants to be invited to tender for this contract. Minimum Turnover Threshold: All Applicants will be required to submit documentary evidence as part of their Pre-Qualification Questionnaire that their annual turnover meets or exceeds a minimum turnover threshold of GBP 30M per annum.
SUPPLIER DAY – DCC intends to hold a supplier day on 31.1.2014, prior to the submission of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. All Applicants wishing to attend the supplier day are requested to register their interest by 5pm on 22nd January 2014 via DCC’s eSourcing Portal uitlising the eSourcing messaging system. Please see SUPPLIERS INSTRUCTIONS below for information on the registration process for DCC’s eSourcing Portal and gaining access to the PQQ and further information on the supplier day.
SUPPLIERS INSTRUCTIONS – How to Express Interest in this Opportunity:
1. Register your company on the DCC eSourcing portal (this is only required once)
– Browse to the DCC eSourcing Portal: https://dwrcymru-welshwater.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register:

– Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue’
– Enter your correct business and user details
– Note the username you chose and click ‘Save’ when complete
– You will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep this secure)
2. Express an Interest in the tender:
– Login to the portal with the username/password
– Click the ‘PQQs / ITTs Open To All Suppliers’ link. (These are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or Invitation to Tenders open to any registered supplier)
– Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content.
– Click the ‘Express Interest’ button at the top of the page.
– This will move the PQQ /ITT into your ‘My PQQs/ My ITTs’ page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only)
– You can now access any attachments by clicking ‘Attachments’ in the ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’ box.
3. Responding to the tender:
– Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining)
– You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
– Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ ITT

DEADLINES
– The deadline for the Electronic return of completed Pre Qualification Questionnaires is no later than 12:00hrs on 14.2.2014.
– The deadline for any clarification/ questions regarding this Pre Qualification Questionnaire will be no later than 12:00hrs on 10.1.2014. Please note DCC will not respond to any dialogue after this deadline.
DCC reserves the right to change without notice the procedure for awarding the contract, to reject all or any bids for the contract, to cancel any or all lots, to terminate discussions with any or all interested applicants and/or stop the process and not award the contract at any time without liability on its part.
