The services and solutions will assist in delivering line of business software solutions and outcomes. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded by Aug 2017. The Contract will be awarded in 2 lots Lot 1 Digital Solution Development and Lot 2 Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Please note that this competition has been published without budget approval in the expectation that this will be in place by the time the contract is to be awarded. In the context of the NI Executive’s Sustainable Development Strategy 2010 and the Department’s strategic goals relating to prosperity and well-being, it is working to implement the Buy Social approach through this procurement — see www.buysocialni.org . The Buy Social requirements for this contract are outlined within Annex D and Schedule 11 of the conditions of contract. All bidders are required to complete and return the Buy Social response document with their tenders. Strategic Investment Board (SIB) in partnership with DAERA and Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) will hold an Information day on Monday 15.5.2017 to brief bidders on the Buy Social requirement included in this competition (see Annex D, Schedule 11 and the Buy Social response document)..
