As part of our new strategy (Plan A) we are committed to using technology to improve services in all parts of the business. To support this we now wish to review our existing ICT Strategy to ensure that it is fit for purpose and that we have an ICT infrastructure that enables us to meet the needs of the business.

The review will consider our existing hardware and software solutions and advise the Executive Team where changes need to be made in the short, medium and long term. The ICT strategy needs to be closely aligned with Plan A and be flexible enough to adapt as the organisation changes, and to keep us ahead of our internal and customer requirements as far as ICT is concerned.
