This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) has been issued by Poplar HARCA and sets out the information which is required by Poplar HARCA in order to assess the suitability of contractors and their ability to deliver the requirements of the proposed contract. This PQQ is issued in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (as amended).
Poplar HARCA are seeking bids from contractors against the following:
IT, Telephony (manage existing support contract with external supplier) and WAN Support Services.
