Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to procurement for the provision of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors Service (IDVA) in Hertfordshire.
This procurement is a 1 stage process. Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express interest’ which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 on Friday, 13.5.2016.

This procurement is not being divided in to Lots because the Council wishes to procure an end-to-end service from a single supplier.

Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74 and is for Social Community Care Supplies and Services.

The estimated total value of the Contract is 3 060 000 GBP and is for the core Contract period inclusive of the approximate value for extension. For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual Contract value will be approximately 765 000 GBP. The Contract will be awarded for a core period of 3 (three) years, with the option to extend the Contract up 1 (one) further year. Please note that the Contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
