This will be part of a joint commissioning process with North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council. The PCC is seeking 1 provider (this may include sub-contracting or consortia arrangements involving a number of organisations) for a high-quality and cost effective service across Humberside. The service must be flexible, easily accessible and victim centred.
