Although the existing system is a ShoreTel Solution, submissions will be accepted for fully compatible alternatives to these items which will provide, at least, equivalent levels of features, functionality and specification.
It would be beneficial for the Contractor to hold ShoreTel accreditation to a minimum of Silver Partner status, and be capable of procuring additional user licences direct with ShoreTel on behalf of ORE Catapult as and when the need arises.
The Contractor may also be involved in ad-hoc projects as they arise which fit in with the technology roadmap of ORE Catapult, e.g. deployment of Microsoft Lync for Business and its integration with the telephony system.
