The City of London Corporation and the London Borough of Waltham Forest seek expressions of interest from suitably qualified economic operators to participate in a tender under the Restricted Procedure for the award of a contract to deliver their IT and Telecommunications Managed Services Both Authorities will work in partnership with the successful supplier to establish an ITIL-based integrated service delivery model, leveraging internal capability and market ‘best practice’ in a manner that will enable IT to meet its stated service and commercial objectives in a manner that will secure predictable and stable services to support the overall business requirements.
Bidders are informed that variant bids are permitted, to take into account the requirements of Section II.1.5.
We intend to hold a supplier event on a date to be confirmed, where interested economic operators will be provided with further detailed information relating to this tender from both Authorities. We strongly recommend that economic operators attend this event, and it is open to all. Further details will be confirmed in a notification on londontenders.org.
