Place Partnership Ltd is seeking to commission a highly efficient and responsive Information Technology Support company with a high level of knowledge about the implementation of information security. The supplier should be accredited to ISO 27001 or equivalent and must have demonstrable expertise in house to ensure that Place Partnership IT systems are secure, robust and maintainable. The supplier must be able to maintain, shape and develop the latest technology to support an agile working environment. The support contract will commence on Friday 1.9.2017, however the successful supplier will be engaged as of Tuesday 1.8.2017 to mobilise and familiarise themselves with the company’s systems to allow an uninterrupted service provision. This commission may be subject To the Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment Regulations 2006 TUPE.

Place Partnership Ltd. is seeking to commission a highly efficient and responsive Information Technology Support company with a high level of knowledge about the implementation of information security. Any queries or questions should be posted to the electronic portal. Answers will also be posted on the electronic portal.

It is an essential requirement that all staff engaged on this contract will require Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Level 2. These checks will be carried out by the Vetting Unit at Warwickshire Police. There is no associated cost to the Supplier for this. Non-vetted personnel will not be allowed to have any access to the IT systems. The successful Supplier will be expected to have submitted the appropriate number of completed vetting forms prior to the start date of the contract.

The contract shall run for 36 months. Conforming tenders to be submitted. Thereafter, variants may be offered but the contracting authority does not bind itself to accept any variants. The contracting authority reserves the right not to award a contract. Suppliers selected to submit a tender should not assume that their selection implies any recognition or acceptance of their suitability to undertake the commission. In the event of the tender response being inadequate, in either the number of bids received or the quality of bids received, Place Partnership Limited reserves the right to cancel this procurement at any stage, not to award a contract and be liable to any costs incurred by the Supplier. One Consultancy Practice will be awarded the contract.
