Insights and Innovation Market Research Framework that can be accessed by Essex County Council and a range of Public Sector organisations who work within the Essex boundaries. As listed in the Annex A.
To be able to take well-informed commissioning and operational decisions that affect the people of Essex, Essex County Council (‘ECC’) needs to be able to have access to reliable, relevant and timely insight into how the citizens of Essex feel about the lives they lead, the services they receive and to seek their active involvement in the redesign, recommissioning and co-production of public services.
This is a framework agreement. This will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
