The system must enable the University to implement new, more efficient and cost effective HR and Payroll business processes.
The new system shall include (but not be limited to) the following areas:
1. Human Resources;
2. Employee self service;
3. Payroll;
4. Absence Management.
The University’s HR and Payroll staff must be comprehensively trained in the use of new processes and in using the software.
