To deliver imaginative, effective Equality and Diversity Training that encompasses the role and importance of Equality Impact Assessments (EIA). The programme should be aimed at two levels; one for officers with managerial responsibility and one for the wider workforce
Delegate numbers are expected to be in the region of 82 for the managerial programme and 348 for the wider programme and all employees are expected to participate. The project must be delivered by 31 March 2015. We are interested in a provision that translates words into actions; training into change and as such are open to a variety of training delivery methods, however, suppliers must consider how these will be practically delivered within an organisation of our size and type and within the timescale indicated.
Shortlisted suppliers will be expected to present their company, quotation and 10 minute sample of the managerial programme on the 26 January 2015.
