Metropolitan Housing Trust wishes to establish an Interior Design Agency Framework agreement for the provision of Interior Design services across Shared Ownership and Market sale schemes to help the delivery of sales targets. The contract duration will be for 24 months with an option to renew for a further 12 months.
The specific needs range across the housing market from 1 and 2 bedroom flats to 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses with full open market values from circa 250 000 GBP to in excess of 1 000 000 GBP and the Show homes will need to reflect the market positioning.
