1)Short description

Members are increasing looking to consolidate their programmed improvements. Lot 1 has been designed to encompass all workstreams. It will be attractive for new members and those with larger programmes who are looking for excellent customer service and support. The works are likely to consist of a scope made up from the works included in the other lots bundled together to form a major refurbishment project.

Lot 2 covers the labour and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, W.C.’s and electrical where identified.
