The scope of this service will cover converting a specific spoken language to another spoken language. This service will be delivered;

1) Physically, face to face, by an attending Linguist who will assist listeners and speakers to understand one another. The format for delivery may vary (i.e. hearings, meetings and interviews, etc.). The location for delivery may vary as agreed with the Council, and / or;

2) Over the telephone allowing listeners and speakers to understand one another.

— the Service Provider will, therefore, make their Services available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,

— the Service Provider will ensure that all calls are answered and connected within 120 seconds,

— the Service Provider and its Linguists will ensure that all calls are conducted in secure, private and quiet location, using a telephone line that has adequate sound quality.
