The Survive and Thrive programme is specifically to support a Service Redesign process which is the activity of planning and organising people, infrastructure, communication and materials of a service, in order to improve its quality and the interaction between service provider and customers. BIG wishes to secure services from an organisation or group of organisations expert in service design, co-production and organisational change who will provide intensive development support to our selected organisations in Scotland. The contract term is for 2 years.
