Invitation to Domiciliary Care Workshop
Domiciliary Care Workshop, Tuesday 24th May 2016

Tickton Grange Hotel, Tickton, Beverley, East Yorkshire, HU17 9SH

10.00am – 3.30pm

It is the intention of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to go out to tender for domiciliary care in late 2016.  We are therefore considering appropriate models for the provision of domiciliary care across the whole of the county.

This event will provide an opportunity for future potential suppliers of domiciliary care to understand the challenges and complexities of providing this service in the rural and urban area that is the East Riding of Yorkshire.  The aim of the Workshop is to give potential suppliers the opportunity to:

  • understand the vision and scope for domiciliary care in the county;
  • explore the desired outcomes for the service,  and;
  • consider innovative models for future provision.

All suppliers of domiciliary care who have an interest in providing this service in the East Riding of Yorkshire are invited to take part in the ‘Workshop’ which intends to raise awareness, communicate and gather relevant information to inform the future model.  The Workshop will support understanding of commissioning intentions and offer opportunities to network.
