1.1 Company Background:
Vanema is an innovative aircraft seat cushion developer established in 2016 focusing on the reduction of seat cushion weight and improvement in passenger comfort using patented aerospace technology Octaspring®. Octaspring® is a key enabling technology that is able to redesign passenger comfort, while at the same time shaving off up to 30 % of the seat cushion’s weight.
Individually placed, 8-sided foam springs move 3-dimensionally and evenly distribute body weight across the entire seat surface. Manufactured in varying firmness ratings, Octaspring® technology allows the creation of unique zones that produce a truly ergonomic experience – a seat that adjusts to your body’s weight, rather than a seat that your body must conform to.

2.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED
Vanema will require from the service provider to:
— prepare a work plan that will be used for the execution of this project,
— preparation and submission of the required documentation for the show organizers,
— design and layout of the stand based on the below instruction,
— building and disassembly of a stand and onsite maintenance during the event as required,
— power and electrical outlets needed for the stand,
— lighting & arrangements of the electrical supply for the stand,
— transport and material handling,
— all furniture and equipment, flooring and structures; all structural and safety requirements necessary – whether or not mentioned in the statement of work;
— all taxes (including VAT), and,
— all communications with Vanema.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:
To achieve satisfactory completion of the project, the Vendor:
— should have written acceptance of the proposal from the company,
— should create and follow project schedule,
— should build and deliver a fully operational standby at 5:00 pm UDT on Monday, April 9, 2018 – the day before the show opens.
