Maricourt Catholic High School is a 11-18, mixed Comprehensive school situated in Hall Lane, Maghull, Liverpool, L31 3DZ Sefton, Merseyside. The number on roll has increased over the years and currently stands at 1 380 students.
Maricourt Catholic High School has 96.6 (FTE) teachers and 75 associate staff.
Maricourt Catholic High School wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake the cleaning provision, as detailed in the attached specification. It is anticipated that this new arrangement will commence in September 2015, for a period of 2 years, with 3 options to extend for 1 year.
Tenderers should be aware this contract is subject to TUPE which should be taken into consideration when submitted your priced tender. Information applicable to this has been included in the ITT (Invitation to Tender) supplied.
The contract period will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to 3 additional 1 year periods. It is intended for the contract to commence 1.9.2015
Tenders that do not comply with Maricourt Catholic High School’s Terms and Conditions will not be considered.
Maricourt Catholic High School reserves the right to clarify with tenderers once tender responses have been assessed. In the event of such clarification taking place the unsuccessful tenderers will be informed accordingly.
Other things being equal, the Board will give preference to tenders/quotations containing firm prices.
No Conditions submitted or referred to by the Contractor when tendering shall form part of the Contract unless specifically agreed to in writing by Maricourt Catholic High School.
