i) This notice relates to a single contract for an inward and investment and relocation support service for East Sussex
ii) The Council reserves the right during the contract period to require changes to the services provided by the Contractor, including omissions and additions to the services.
iii) Section II.3 – The contract is for three years with an option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 3 years (i.e. possibly six years in total if all extensions are included). The contract also has a 18 month break clause.
iv) East Sussex County Council is a Public Authority within the meaning of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and all correspondence received will be dealt with in accordance with the Act.
